If a person purhcases a product they have every right to resell that product no matter what it may say in any TOS as long as they aren't selling it over and over as a vendor. Happens all the time, check ebay, I'm sure sony didn't grant rights for Jimbo down the road in the trailor park to sell playstations. Bottom line a person does not have the right to tell another person that they can not sell what they bought to someone else to recoup their investment.

Worse comes to worse have someone donate the script to you then donate money to them for their time tender.

Do yourself a favor. Go to ebay and type in windows XP or windows anything for that matter to bring up hundreds even thousands of pages of software and scripts being resold that they supposedly "cannot resell". People selling games, cds that they "cannot resell" In the real world once you sell the copy, that particular copy does not belong to your company anymore period, it does not make a hill of beans what you want to write in your TOS. People do not understand the grey area with this. They write these little scripts and put in the TOS that a person cannot resell unknowing that that simply is not the case. If the person wants to resell that copy that THEY BOUGHT, then they have every right to as long as they are not distributing multiple copies as a vendor and if ever taken to court the two parties would simply agree with each other that one of the other GAVE the script to them on a donation basis, case closed.

I would never sell or release one of my scripts because of idiots like you. You buy them and hand it out to everyone you know or resell them for 50% off and profit off of my HARD WORK. I don't care if you paid for it, you didn't pay for it to sell 20 copies and make money.
