The domain has not been developed and I'm not terribly eager to sell but if someone makes it worth it, then its a done deal.

And yes...this is my first post. I was referred to this site by the same people who originally appraised the domain. The appraisal wasn't "professional" but they suggested strongly that I post the domain here.
