    Finding valuable domains - Overture Database

    One of the hardest things anymore is finding valuable domain names for sale. More and more buyers enter the marketplace and the competition increases to a frenzy. There are so many buyers looking to spend $10k, $100k, and much more for the right names. The problem is the supply continues to decrease for these certain special names that everyone is looking for.

    The November Overture Update lists the best 325,000+ domain names in the .com TLD. Over 13,000 in the .net tld, and over 8,000 in .org.

    I have 4 left. There were only 10 available, 6 are gone.

    I'll wait a few days or more and then begin to scan + collect the whois email addresses to flag the ones more likely to be sellable by owner. I'll share this with the next update.

          Update: Decemeber results are now available.

          The emails are almost ready but not quite finished. The idea is to try and split the PPC'ers, speculators, tasters, etc.. and leave the names more likely to result in a good sale or bargain. This has taken considerable resources and will pricing will be determined when it's ready. Should be in the next week as I parse the results.

                  Yes, December list is all that is available at the moment.

                  The whois report will cost more, and is almost finished. It's too valuable to just throw it in free with the December list. Considering that these are premium typein domain names, and it's purpose is to identify some real bargains or steals.

                  I will update this thread soon with some statistics of what I've learned from the scanning and parsing.
