need a flash intro designed

I am looking for a flash intro for around $100 to $125 with specifics included below - is this possible:

Page is completely black. Light box or pc tablet appears in the
middle of the page and it flickers on. Then a drawing
fades (which I will provide you) in line by line. Hand doesn?t show. A pencil or pen scribbling noise must be the sound on the page and end before the fade in? Thats it.

Did you find someone? The drawing animation might be a bit complex for your price but the rest of it is easily doable at that price if you can do a different fade in idea.

I have the drawing and I leave it up to your discretion to do it as you see fit

the drawing must fade on the flashbox or pc tablet with the tablet (top) light on
