ok, here is the dealio peoplios, i am trying to sell a couple sites, as most of you have seen, once i sell them, how the hell do i do all the transfers?? just give the buyers access to my server and let them download everything or what??

little help please guys... i have a couple offers on them and want it to be all good once everything is finalized.

If you have cpanel and so do they just give them ftp access.

If not you can still do it pretty simple unless they are very complicated sites.
If they have dbs, scripts and such it can get a little more detailed. Hard to say without knowing what sites you are talking about.
