Wanted - Fully Functional Paysite

I required a dead (not active) fully functional paysite for a new concept.

It must have a backend for ease of uploading bulk photos and videos, be simple to use. I would like a payment processor in place to ccbill, verotel or similar.

Ideally, I would like a simple site like thongpeak.com, but am open to suggestions.

The site can be supplied in zip form, but I must see a working demo with access to front end and backend. I just want to be able to change the graphics including the title.

I don't want a raw script to start from scratch and No encoded scripts please.

whats your budget? If you want the "ease" of uploading bulk then you will have to have a CMS and thats not cheap.

This is not a create from scratch exercise. I am just looking for someone who has a dead website sitting around not being used and not wanted that is burning a hole in their pocket going no where that is close to what I want. I don't want any traffic and I don't want its domain name.

I create my own websites for a living along with other marketing Pr work and usually do all the creatives and programming inhouse.

I have an good concept and due to lack of time, I wanted to change the design of an existing 'Dead' website and try out a new concept in XXX paysites, hence low budget and quick to produce. I get heaps of traffic from my other sites to feed this new concept to see how well it works.

It might turn out to be a pig, so it will be very little money, time and effort to find out.
