Serious Webmaster Needed!!!

I'm a 20 year old camgirl looking to remake a members site. I had one a couple months ago but it kept getting hacked which was apparently easy when you only know the basics of html.

Anyway Here is what I'm looking for:

About Me
Members Area including:
Photo Gallery
Video Gallery
Blog Area
Weekly Cam shows page (if there is enough traffic to justify weekly camshows)

I have talked to a few guys recently who had good deals with profit sharing but they jut didn't have the time to put into me and did it at their convenience. Depending on how well we work together, your previous work, and how much traffic you bring in I would be willing to split 50/50 of all memberships.

I'm really only looking for profit sharing at the moment as Christmas is right around the corner and all of my extra cash is going straight to that.

If nothing pans out I will ask around for you. Email me your budget so I know what direction you are thinking and it will help me to try and contact the right designer.
