Web Hosting?

Any suggestions as to the best web hosting for blogs? I'm not interested in the free blogging hosts or anything like that. I would like to work with a company that I can stick with long term as I work to build my business and expand into new sites, etc.

I'd like somewhere that is open to hosting adult content and can handle the bandwidth/traffic that (hopefully!) significant volume might entail. I'm a little concerned about accidentally going over my monthly bandwidth allowance, so if you have experience doing that I'd love to know about it.
