Everytime I sell a big name here, the regrets flow in after the fact. I don't want to hear them this time.
The domain market, unlike the "real" real estate market, has exploded and keeps marching upwards. Every single person who has bought one of my premiere names has found themselves wealthier by a factor of x. Not a single person has found themselves poorer, so no whining after the fact. I sell my names at reasonable prices, and they're in very short supply. I have my formula and if a name doesn't fit into that formula, I sell.
Okay, enough chatter:
Phobia.com. 300-500 type-ins a day.
The BIN price is $65k. Posted on multiple boards so timestamp will determine. Post "sold" in the thread and them email me immediately.
This name has tremendous potential for development. Look at Phobialist.com or this Mayo Clinic site:

It is a PERFECT turn key site in the making. I do not develop. The clicks around social anxiety, health insurance, and differing phobias go from good to great, and so all you guys that do develop can make this into a monster site with little scaling. Meanwhile, the domain itself will go up in value while you sit on it.
Only one condition of this price: I reserve the right to NOT do business with whomever I feel like for whatever reason. This is the benefit of my pricing
But I am a straight up guy and when the BIN is triggered, it's over unless you're on my shit list.
If BIN is not triggered for whatever reason, I'll consider all offers above $50k-ish, and as I have done before, I close quickly, so no guarantees either way if you're late or offer under BIN.
Questions or queries to [email protected] or [email protected]
All you guys that are looking to park cash, this is the opportunity. The number of haters I've made into believers is a long list.
