Need a custom flash player - $$

Hi there,
I need a quote for a flash designer, my specifications are below:

1) Customized flash player with my logo at the bottom
2) A version of the flash player that will be embedded or shared on other websites - this flash player will be the same as above; however, when my logo is hovered it changes picture and links to my site
3) Flash players have buffer bar, full screen mode, pause and play.
4) Installation to get it to work
