Designer - Xhtml

Hello everybody,

I search something, a designer.

But ! The design must be Xhtml valid.

So there is two solutions :
-> He can do Xhtml
-> I give all the elements needed with examples and he follow this rules

Wich one can do it ?
The price for three pages design ? *

* Not AVS like but :
- A disclaimer
- A page listing videos and categories
- A paiement page

No great complicated design needed, just a good logo with some graphical element.
