I'm looking for an programmer for an (big) e-commerce project.

This project has to start with making an detaild (technical) project description and an time scheme. (i want all the parts of the software to be workt out completly in an project plan).

After that the building fase is coming but thats later... first the project plan.

When you mean oscommerce.... My shops are running on oscommerce at this moment.
There already been made a lot of chances to the oscommerse software for me but it still das not fit my needs.
I need somthing complete new an more advanced then oscommerce
