looking for outsource experiance

Hello,
I'm looking for an php/mysql programmer for an verry big e-commerce project.

What i look is an programmer that nows how such an concept should work an can think with me for solutions for functions and problems and solve problems when they find one.

Now i have read somthing about outsourcing in countries as rusland and india that the people there just do what you ask but do not think along with you and comes by themself with better sollutions for functions/problems.

Das someone here have experiance with outsourcing and is the above correct or are there outsoursing company's that have people that das understand what you want and will come with there own ideas and sollutions?

I do not want someone that i have to correct evvery day/hour and tell them what to do.
I'm looking for someone that can make an project discription on points and functions i gif him and we only have to discuss 1 time a day how it is going and or there are things i want different and he/she can gif me sollutions for that...

Hope someone can tel me his experiance with outsourcing...

Sorry, but i do not believe testemonial pages. They are made up by the company's or when they are real there are only the good testemonials and not the less or bad testemonials, so i das not say anything about the company.

I realy want it directly from customemmers but i wil have an search on this forum about it.

i agree that some of the developers do not understand the requirements well and definitely lack the ability to either extrapolate the ideas or do any value additions that they could derive from their experience.

however, all the apples in a basket arent necessarily the same ;-)

am based in bangalore, india and have a medium sized web applications development team that i see as a team of commandos rather than soldiers ;-)
