I am in need of a reliable US proxy that I can use for surfing (looking at geo targeted pages etc). I've tried free proxies but they are a waste of time.

It is only for personal use. (checking geo targeted pages, search results on google etc)

I won't need much bandwidth. A few GB a month should be plenty.

Anyone know if a proxy can be configured on a virtual hosting plan, or does it have to be a dedicated server?
