Direct Response marketing company is seeking a hands-on Database Programmer to assist in the design and development of the companies new database systems. Person must be able to bring expert level experience in MSAccess, VBScripting and SQL Server, including expert knowledge of Relational Database Modeling, Structuring and design. This person must be a self starter, well organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to take the initiative to resolve problems or propose alternative solutions. Person must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The database Architect will work closely with other programmers to design and migrate the companies databases from a flat to relational database environment.
