Need help with a web cam project

We have a program and source for a webcam setup that we had made for us at one time. Currently it is not in use, but we want to take and improve upon it and get it working the way it should have all along.

Right now it is setup to use IRCD, which many of you know is not a good thing to use any more, and the app that was on the web page was split up into several section instead of just in one app. ( No, this never did nor do we want to use Flash )

The client side app for camera and audio was tied into WebCam32 and we want it to be a stand alone application that does not need any outside program for it to run.

If you have knowledge of C, Java, Javascript and PHP as well as windows programming, then contact us so that we can get something going.

beleive me, its better than this one with webcam32.
