According to their terms server licenses can not be resold.
Otherwise I would sell you mine

Yeah, I have been checking their terms once again at http://comusthumbs.com/conditions.html and I have the impression that they have made some changesonce again.

Here is a small quote:
"Server Licences can not be transferred to others, as the unlimited domains per server version but the domains under the licence can be transferred under the conditions outlined here. If you wish to dispose of your Server Licence, transfer it to another person, or resell it, you can convert your server licence into a 3 licence package. The domains will then be transferable as 3 single domains."

In other words, they have modified their terms in such a way that it is not wortwhile to transfer a server license imho
