Outsourcing companies are not what I am looking for.. we have 2 full time employees now from outsourcing and they just don't produce the quality that we need. We have a budget in mind... we can't afford expensive designers...

Your responsibility would be:

Site designs... TGP, blog, etc.

Galleries - when not working on site designs your task will be to create 10 galleries from 2 templates per day. This includes color correcting the images in the galleries, uploading them to the server and adding them to our gallery system.

We also have a system in place for daily task reports and you will be required to post your progress there daily.

You must be available via ICQ or MSN during working hours.

AGREED! i've double checked those 4 samples that sexuallyhealed posted here.. the wickedworks samples and your samples. compared it. i would definately choose those tours you made. i would say seductive knights is a very good design too but lack of attention to details and especially the contents (it would be nice if the contents are edited or something) atleast have some levels.

one of the key for a good design is attention to details.. maybe this gif was overlooked.

There are some sites out there like http://www.naughtyathome.com that maintains one of the biggest member retention bases on the net and I dont think I am alone when I say the design looks like my 12 y.o. brother did it. ANYBODY can do designs if they wont. Theres nothing really fancy out there anymore unless you get designs that actually have PERSONALITY like some of the works from Machinegunkelly from Twistedbydesigns.

The design is just the basis, its the content like the huge, hard to beat pictures that sponsors like perfect gonzo on sites like lesbiantraining.com that post the huge "in your face High resolution pussy eating pics that u see on the tours that sell the sites, not the designs. What do the really think the surfer says when they hit the tour page. "wow, cool design, I think ill sign up for a membership" or "Wow, look at that ass, ill think ill sign up".

Keep in mind that some of the best, top sites on the net today ranging sponsors to tgps havent changed in design since the beginning and still make more money than most sites could ever dream possible.
