I thought the license agreement states that you cannot sell the license.

"Can I sell my software to someone else?

No, our licenses are not transferrable and you cannot sell or otherwise provide the software to anyone else. This includes if you are selling your website and want to sell your software as part of the website - that is not allowed. You would either need to remove the software before the new owner takes possesion of the website, or the new owner would need to purchase their own license to use the software. If the new owner is purchasing a new license, you must confirm with us that the license has been purchased before you transfer the software to the new owner of your website."

You can't sell Autogallery licenses. Giving some one access to the account so they could change over the domains would be fraud.
