I don't think there are any with bulk import. These types of script are made for user communities, where users post their own images.

I'll look around for you though, see what I can find.

k-rate is fine and cheap, Rinalds can probably do an import for you - he was pretty easy going.

dont know of an mass importer but I use iRater on a few mainstream sites that seems to work well
