There's really no easy answer to that because every site is different based on genre, what sponsors you use, how much non-se traffic you send it, etc. If you link to it from other places then it will obviously get crawled faster and get more traffic than if you just leave it sitting out on its own. The more blogs you have the more traffic you have at your control, which is why I like to keep making more.
