I am working on a mainstream site for a construction company and I need a designer to do a flash intro page and inside template page. I need a price on having these pages done and I have advertised for this kind of owrk on here before and I get people ICQ'ing me with questions like, "What is your budget for this project." That is simply unacceptable.
