Ok, the site brookeskye.com has the coolest "fake cam chat" plugin for webmasters to use on their site. The chat is geotargeted so when you enter the chat room, she starts talking about the state the visitor lives in. The actual cam stream itself is just a series of jpegs looping.

I want something similar, anyone out there w/ the brains to do this? Im not looking to copy it, but rather create one similar w/ my own flavor and maybe an extra bell/whistle here and there. ICQ me 162022652 $$$
