flash project

hello everyone,

my team has alot of work on there hands, so im looking for anyone who can do a small flash project for me. i need a layout exactly like this http://www.mariahcarey.com/mariahcarey/index.las

you will notice the body of mariah is shinning periodicaly. and when you roll over a link above, it animates butterflys, which i want replaced with lips kissing with suddle kiss sounds. thats all i need is a cover page like that for a client of ours. i will provide any graphics needed and im willing to pay a few hundred dollars for the creation of this flash layout.

im glad some of you replied. i emailed whoever asked to take the project.

i know nothing of setting up a contest. just trying to get some work done since we're flooded like new orleans. sorry if i offended anyone with that metaphore.

if anyone whas the skills for flash, video editin/encoding, or shopping cart creation, contact me. we get so many clients, like i said we cant handle it all sometimes. please only those who have low prices contact me...big shots who think they can charge up the ass need not apply.
