Programmer Needed

I need a programmer for a job setting up a website.

Here are my needs:

- to implement a basic content management script (not sure if easiest to buy from hotscripts and you then integrate it for the site...?) to place new directory listings, articles...onto site.

- to set up a banner ad delivery script (a friend said to use phpadsnew) to put up and track ads on the site

- set up a shopping cart system for people to make payments (its a mainstream project) for their listings or ads they have purchased (i will use someone like ccnow, ccbill....)

- set up a message board forum (vbulletin...?)

- set up forms so people can send requests/info

- I want to have a Yahoo like directory set up for like a dozen separate categories and need someone that can do all the programming so the site operates properly and is easy for a non programmer to keep updated...

Cpanel answers your needs

I have cpanel with fantastico and all those scripts.. forums, phpsupport(open a support ticket etc), gallery, coppermine, webstats, email, subdomains, passwd protected dir's. Once you login to cpanel, its all str8 forward and easy to setup.
You don't have to be a webdesigner to set these up.
