Importantly, the domain is profitable and has much revenue growth potential for someone with a lot of resources to work with to take the domain to the next level so to speak.

The site has a medical/informational touch, btw... could look much better. You could implement a psychedelic rotating background.gif and some round edges in the tables and so on.

Overture inventory function can be goofy at times - relying on that and/or Alexa to determine traffic can lead to much disappointment.

For example, cannabis.com is reported as 106 and yet a common misspelling cannibus.com is reported as 295 - and yet the most common typo version canabis.com (note the one 'n') isn't even reported at all - note that the CANNABIS.COM domain package for sale includes these various typos.

Overture for some reason is reporting cannabis.com lower and lower lately even though type-in traffic hasn't changed much; likely increased based on the activity I'm seeing throughout the site, such as the message boards.

And even stranger, related domains with very minimal type-in traffic such as marihemp.com are being reported much higher lately - marihemp.com at 347 and drugabusehelp.com at 362.

Ultimately, revenue being generated by CANNABIS.COM is proof positive that the traffic is there and is high quality ...
