Apparently not, but you can clue me in. I've received no emails asking for assistance in anything or even an angry one calling us assholes. If I knew why you were upset, I might be able to fix it, assuming it's a business issue. I was simply saying I didn't know of anyone that was unhappy with us as a company or me personally as I hadn't received any complaints, therefore how would I have known you were so upset with us.
