I do not recommend doing business with this person because he isn't trustworthy.
On May 3 I contacted him to buy this script. He told me that the price was $900 with 6 feeds(from my whitelabels) that he agrees to add to the script and told me that on May 13 or earlier he would delivery this. I only sent him $450 as we agree on 50% before and 50% after the job was done.
On May 13 he didn't had the script finished and started to say that I have the choose which language I want because I only have the right to have one... After a few arguments he said he would "give" me the 3 languages BUT he wouldn't delivery all the feeds he said he would. Only 2. Now he don't answer to my emails and he own me $450 even after he deleted all the content from my server. So he basically ripped me of $450 .
I have already open a dispute with paypal but not sure how this will end.

I think it's a misanderstood with Sylvain who is the dev and doesn't speak a good English, but please don't misrepresente what really happened.
Sylvain finally accepted to install you all feeds and all languages for $900 and did it. For an unknown reason you asked a full refund on paypal of my company whereas the script was running on your server with all feeds and all languages. Yesterday, when i saw that the $450 has been refunded I asked him to delete the content from your server.

I just added you on Skype so please accept me in order to solve this problem.
