after some requests I made one template and it is now for sale.

The demo runs on wpxtube, I also can change it to run with TubeAce or any other plugin or also manual video posts.

The color can be changed easy, I also offer a free template install with color change.
A full install with WordPress + Plugins + Full setup to be ready to go cost $20 extra

Requirements for the wpxtube template:

WordPress
Wpxtube plugin (Is a free plugin)
Mobile friendly menu (I recommend the "Responsive Menu" plugin)

Recommended requirements to speed the site up and lower the server load:

WP Super Cache and / or CloudFlare (A free "CDN / Cache" service)
SEO plugin like "All In One SEO Pack"

Features:

100% Responsive
Flowplayer html5 (if you have some or all videos in flash, the player most have a small change in the code to run on flash, the default runs mp4 only)
All visible banners on the demo can be disabled thru widgets
Mobile banner widget under the video

NOTE:
I remove some options from the wpxtube plugin like ratings etc, to speed the site up
