Why bother wasting everyone's time with this? The market is 6-8 x monthly revenue with no strings attached. For clarity, revenue does not equal profit, you still have to pay overhead, management, processing, advertising and promotion, etc.

It's still been for sale since last year for the right price. I just don't come on this site that much and post it up.

What's wrong with just letting it be for sale as it's still running? That way if someone buys it, then that's good, and if nobody buys it, then I still make the same money from the site every year, and that's still good. So it doesn't matter right?
