I want to sell my mainstream PR2 magazine Entertainment niche.
It have 100+ UV per day most of them from g00gl.

With it ill give FB fanpage with 700+ likes
Twitter account also.
Never tried GAds on it because i was afraid of penalty and want to check all guidelines before start it. Now i don't have time to run it. Its self-hosted WordPress with custom theme.
Take a peek and give me some offer (suggestions).
