Guys, after seeing so many threads of so called "premium domains" please understand, once and for all, the following rules which define a real premium domain:

- besides .com, the majority of the other extensions must be taken already(and no, not by you, registering them from yesterday)

- before registering any .com domain, please check with the Keyword Planner, how many searches per month are being performed for those exact keywords, if they number is low or even non existent, that's not a premium domain!!!

- the keywords of the domain must be related with each other, example: anal+sex.com are, anal+spaceship.com are not

A couple of examples of premium domains which checks those 3 basic rules: webcamsex, hotsexcams, analsex, hotsex etc.

Of course all the premium domains are already taken and practically registering one in 2014, is impossible

The only thing that you can stand a chance for is to spot a new forming trend of keyword(s) which may become popular in the following years and hold on that domain till then.

In the meantime, if you spot that the other extensions are starting to being taken, then you are on the right trend ;)
