ya, that was my immediate first thought when i saw that huge spike..
I was like "uh-oh"! (actually it was more like "holy fuck!!")

This isnt a scam, im sure this guy will give you your ten million backlinks or whatever it is but buying a service like this is like buying a punch in the face...why the hell would you buy link building techniques from the 90s?
-None of the links will be relevant and will of poor quality
-The links are done all at once which just sets off alarm bells
-I'm sure all the anchor text will be the same which again is dodgy

The best you'll get out of a service like this is short term rankings followed by bans or massive declines in rankings and a large amount of bad backlinks to clean up.
