Get your girls to work for other famous cam site first, get the experience on handling the studio and models control panel, make a blog featuring your girls and send the traffic with affiliate links to the cam sites they working on.....only after you can get a lot of traffic on your blogs then only you consider about making your own camsite....

for which famous webcam sites working are profitable? which famous webcam sites give the highest rates?
and is it possible working with 2-3 websites in same times?
i am new too.. now i am collecting models.soon i am gonna open a studio.

I second that advice. There is tons of competition out there, no sense starting off from scratch unless you have guaranteed traffic.

Amazing you have the girls, I got all the software/traffic my MAIN issue for the last 10 months is keeping the models live. Best I can do is 3-4 live models during peek hours How everyone else "has the girls" that's planning to open a webcam site just amazes me, unless it's like a bunch of girls that said "yes, I would work on that" - because I been through a few hundreds of those and they never worked for even a second
