I want the following:
1. Hard links on pr1-pr5++
2. I want to buy them gradually. I do not want bulk purchases. I don't care about packages.
3. I want a good deal. I have long time relationships with my current hardlink providers and I'm looking to build the same with another provider.
4. I want annual or permanent links.
5. I want a variety of c-class ips.
6. I will need a list of all the sites you offer (their niche if possible), as well as the daily traffic, and include the price.
