So, I have run into an issue lately with PornHub. They are rejecting content that we post with compliance IDs that have expired. On the date of the production was in 2021 and the models ID expired 2023.

Has anyone else had this issue with anyone else? If this is the new rule, ALL of our content will have a shelf life.

What do yoou mean ID has expired.... Gov. issued ID with clear picture and DOB does NOT expire... we did submit to PH not too long ago....

Hmmm and I guess DOB " expired" also along with the expiration date.....

We have models which we have used 20 years ago, and I am sure their passports expired also.... It has to be a real idiot ( in this case PH mooks) who deemed DOB to be expired !

We run into probably the same idiot who demanded 2257 docs. from one of our models we used recently. The fact that the same model had 80 + videos on PH dating back to 2018 did not alter the demand.

The new generation of over compliant fools doesn't understand that IDs just have to be non-expired on the shooting day.

Some platforms ask for non-expired IDs on upload day what is totally bonkers.

Sorry to be late to the party, but yes, we had that happen several times last year. I had to speak with PH Management at XBIZ Miami to get it fixed for me. Haven't had that issue since, but I have had so many other issues with PH compliance like signatures claiming not to match, models that are approved but not recognized in videos... its a joke. And they want to punish us for not uploading frequently enough with their "Tier system" lol

This happen to me the other day, but I had a very good explanation. I uploaded content and the model release, the ID there already had on file it was with a model I had worked with for a number of years.

however the ID they had on file, expired before the date of the new signed release.
