Looking for a master Thumbnailer

Is anyone talented enough to be able to identify the best screens of a video or best pics in a set and crop and edit the hell out of it if needed to be a top clicked thumb on a list of thumbs with other people's work?

Need someone to do this for about 100 videos to start, more if you are any good.
