Carding is not the problem. It is bad sure, but it's also easy to spot and deal with if you are looking out for it.

The real problem is stuff like greedy agents selling up to 10 programs to the same surfer telling him each one is free, iframing the join page to hide pricing and TOS, telling them the join form of one is the cancellation form of the previous one, etc.

They all say they are exclusive but none of them are.
