*EDIT* The theme doesn't actually have to be custom, it can be built off of an existing theme.. I guess I should have said "customized" 
I'm looking for someone to setup a custom wordpress template for me to use in my new blog network, a few of the specs that I'm looking for:
- Fully SEO Optimized
- Easily Modifiable for use in a lot of different blogs (background, table colors, header, etc.)
- You install all of the plugins that you deem as "vital"
The idea is that you setup the first one, and after it's satisfied my needs, I pay you for your services. I'll use the same setup in my future blogs and tweak it to my liking. I have a few sample templates that I'd like to emulate, so you won't have to be too creative here.
It's a simple job, and could land you recurring work if you are interested.
