Seeing as the USD is so low at the moment, I'm keeping all of my cash online for as long as I can - for this reason, I'm available for ePass to Paypal transactions. I charge a flat rate of 10% on all transactions although for large transfers and loyal users I will adjust my rates.

If someone has Paypal or ePass, I can trade the cash over to the other account.

There are no internet service for this (apart from withdrawing to a bank account, then depositing, which can take over 2 weeks) so I charge 10% and do it manually. (IE, you send $110 to my Paypal, I send $100 to your ePass)

Some people need ePass cash so they can buy stuff online with their credit card, others need Paypal so they can buy stuff on eBay.
