How does cam models use different sites at the same time?

I was wondering how or what tools does cam models use to stream on multiple camming sites?

Do they log into all sites manually in different browser tabs or is there a software that would distribute it?

Even more curious how this it work if from someone from site A takes the model into private how does users see them from other (B, C, D) sites see her/him?

Thanks Andrew. I've heard that if streamers use these sort of softwares on multiple sites the quality of the video is worse, do you have any experience with this? Thanks.

Ofcourse if you will use slitters the quality of video will be lower than using only the webcam , the best splitter to use is Webcamsplitter from Verysoft is not free but is cheap enough and you'll have a good quality of video ! But for a good stream is not enough to have a good splitter you'll need a good pc , great lights and also a fast internet connection (you need good upload speed) !
