DRM coding and Hosting service needed

This may be a longer term ( late summer) project, but my long time host will stop providing DRM coding service, so I may have to replace them.

So, I may need up to 2,000 licenses/ month, more in the future, safe,fast and secure host.

We stream and download feature length movies...

So lets see who is about here or who can suggest somebody.
