Help please... Client doesn't want to pay

Can you please tell me what to do when a client is simply not replying and doesn't want to pay for my work? He is also a member of this forum, of course.

More than a month after he said he will pay. But the thing is, he says he doesn't have time because of this and that... Seriously, all the dude needs to do is transfer the money, that's like one minute of his time, so you get the point...

OK, I guess I have to do it, even though I hate it... This guy doesn't want to pay, and it's been a while, he is not replying on Skype, email...

The amount is not big, but I mean, that is not relevant if you ask me. I have done everything according to our agreement, and now I am forced to write here about it, since that's the GFY magic, as some of you suggested.

Also, that is why this forum is here as well, I presume.

you should always get your money before you deliver the product. As a seller I expect this, as a buyer I expect this. If it's small money consider yourself lucky for a cheap education.... just because they have been registered hear for a long time does not make them legit. This place is swarming with, lets just say not reputable people.
