PAMON: Reply or Refund!!
Paid Pamon on 12th for his $99 Special Writing Gig (HERE).
Said he'd be finished by the end of the weekend (3 days after I paid) or at least aimed to be. Taking more time that that would be fine if I'd heard from him since then. 2 and a bit weeks and I've heard nothing since I paid. He's ceased communication.
I've emailed and ICQ msgd to check if he needed anything and to see how the writings coming along. Not enough to pester, but enough to make sure he coudln't miss my communication after the first week. No replies via email, icq or gfy. He's been logged into gfy from what I can see nearly every day since and I've commented in his business thread so I'm sure he's seeing my messages.

If you're logging on every day it ain't hard to let someone know you haven't run off with their money. "I'm still working on it, eta xyz" is all it takes.
If I don't hear from you I'll get a paypal refund, then if I see the work I'll pay again (you can pay the fees).
