Looking for a webcam platform

I'm building a site which features performers uploading clips, so will contain its own user base and virtual currency.

I am looking for a platform which will allow me to include live webcam as an additional feature. I want to be able to integrate it seamlessly with the site and billing, so it needs a good API.

Is there anything good out there, either as a hosted SAAS, or something I can deploy myself?
