Tube/Web developer

I am looking for a tube programmer. Mostly on the flash player part such as overlays, ads, AS3, etc. I have a clip-share license
(can also buy other scripts in case)and my design is ready. The design is not important.

I need someone to put it all together, import 700 MP4 videos which
I have ready, and make a custom player. It's very simple.
