$5 a hour is an insult to folks who have spent years and years building up their skillbase. You are asking for a Talented individual...but they are only worth $5 an hour to you?

$600 for a full time designer. Yeah right.. have you seen their work? They charge $5 an hour, but provide you with $1 an hour of service.

Im always looking for talent to join my team. I pay considerably
