its probably one of the plugins that crashed. disable or delete the plugins and try to relaunch.

change the theme and see if it works. Could be white space somewhere before <?php or after ?> in your theme files. (like functions.php etc). What were the files you edited?

if you still get just a white page you can try setting WP_DEBUG to true in the wp-config.php file and it will display errors and debug output that could help better pinpoint the exact issue and help save time

          By default it is false

Might very well be a permission issue, check permissions on any recent changed files -- Message if you need help

wp-content/themes/your theme/functions.php - delete the last empty line/s, save, upload or overwrite and see what happens.

It happens to me once in a while and every time I re-upload the functions.php file, everything comes back to normal.
