Sorry for that, the server where the client portal website is being hosted was under attack.
As per the sys admin, there were some loopholes in a wordpress plugin on some other website which was hosted on the same server.

I have also cleaned the source code for the client portal. I found out that the hacker had placed an iFrame containing malacious information (some Russian website) on each an every page of the website.
