I guess I wasnt very clear in my question.

What I want to know is "I want to make and sell content of me!"

What types of agreements 'licenses' can I offer and what kinds of licenses should I offer.

I am a little confused

exclusive means it is only for one site butt I might sell it to lots of sites butt the person I license 'exclusive content' to can only use it on one?
